My First Maternity Fix Unboxing Video

Let me just begin by saying how much I love that Stitch Fix offers maternity clothes! I scheduled this Fix during my first trimester (I think), right when things started not fitting correctly and I felt so “blah” most of the time that I didn’t particularly care if I dressed cute or not. That feeling has (mostly) passed, so I’m glad I went ahead and got this Fix early on. Enjoy!

Baby Update: 22 Weeks

Full disclosure: what you’re seeing in the above picture isn’t all my baby bump. Ha! To be honest, I still haven’t “bumped out” in the traditional sense, but the baby has definitely started moving up, which means my “regular” stomach has moved up, too. But I feel like I’m in a place where I finally look pregnant (or close enough), so I wanted to share an update with you all!

How far along: 22 weeks.
Weight gain so far: 12 pounds (not too bad, but not awesome when I’d only like to gain 20, ha).
Maternity clothes: So far I’ve managed to wear regular clothes, as long as they’re stretchy and/or flowy. I did have to buy a belly band about a month ago, and I’m about to the point where a lot of my regular shirts aren’t going to fit anymore.
Sleep: Hit or miss. Some nights it’s really good, and other nights it’s not. I’ve definitely been having crazy pregnancy dreams.
Movement: I just started feeling kicks last week!
Food cravings: Lately I’ve been making a lot of graham cracker and cookie butter sandwiches.
Best moment of the week: Our ultrasound! It was so incredible to see the baby and find out the gender.
Belly button in or out: Still in.
Wedding rings on or off: On, although I think my time where I can keep getting them on and off is probably limited.
Happy or moody most of the time: I’d say happy. I know it’s definitely better than my first trimester.
Looking forward to: Telling our family and friends the baby’s gender!
Baby is the size of a: Coconut.
